Exhaust Beauty Ring Polished Stainless Steel & Gaskets
For boats with through-the-transom exhaust pipes, beauty rings and gaskets are the finishing touch. Boats with high performance engines generally require an exhaust system that is dry. Regardless of the method of dumping the cooling water, the holes in the transom must be sealed were the pipes comes through the transom. Beauty rings allow a clearance of ¼” all around the exhaust pipes. The actual support and sealing for the exhaust pipes is handled by the beauty ring gasket composed of ¼” Neoprene, with threaded reinforcement.
