MEASUREMENT (A)*
Place a straightedge across the flange surface and extend until it makes contact with transom. Make a mark.  Record the distance from the center of the exhaust flange to the mark.
MEASUREMENT (B)*
Using the mark on the transom (from A) measure vertically (up or down) to the center of the hole in the transom.  Use a “+” sign if hole is higher and if lower use a “-“ sign.
Vertical Measurement*
With the information from "A" indicate if the hole is higher (+) or lower (-)
"+" Hole is higer
"-" Hole is lower
MEASUREMENT (C)*
This is a preset measurement and needs to be at least 9”, to allow clearance above aluminum riser.  For one piece s/s tailpipe application more clearance is 
necessary.
MEASUREMENT (D)*
Measure center to center of exhaust holes in the transom. Location in The transom indicates max clearance above manifolds.
MEASUREMENT (E)*
Install risers and measure center to center of the outlet. This is necessary because of different combinations of heads and blocks
