BB 525 Merc. EFI/700SC Replacement Exhaust Manifolds/Risers Kit (Standard Exit)   

Hi-Torque Big Block Exhaust Manifolds System feature state of the art design with single wall internal casting that is enclosed in a press formed aluminum jacket creating a fully water cooled manifold. A highly polished stainless steel risers comes standard as well as bolts, gaskets and fittings. This system is also covered with an exclusive 5 year limited warranty.

Stainless Marine has been building quality marine exhaust systems for a number of years. So when the need arose for a manifold option or solution for the popular Mercury racing 525/600 and 700 EFI engines they were right on top of it. Stainless marine has designed an exhaust pattern machining fixture that when attached to the factory cylinder head will allow boring, drilling, machining and tapping of auxiliary exhaust system attachment holes. These new holes will allow attachment of one of their traditional H/P manifold systems. Exhaust exits are designed for standard Bravo exit locations.

Note:

The exhaust bolt patterns on the heads are not the same as the standard GM. Precision drill & tap gigs are provided to match the original GM exhaust head bolt patterns. For more information, please consult with our application sales representative.
